WatchCo was once a renowned Omega-authorized service center in Australia, and though that status is no longer the case as Omega moved most of their authorized servicing in-house, the WatchCo service house was left with a stockpile of service parts for vintage Omegas, most importantly for the vintage Omega Seamaster 300. With this stockpile of parts, WatchCo began assembling new watches comprised of service parts for vintage watches.

While we don’t have a time machine, the WatchCo Seamaster 300 is the closest thing we have to getting a brand-new watch from the 1960s. The WatchCo Omega Seamaster 300 watches are assembled with Omega service cases, bezels, crowns, dials, and hands while utilizing a vintage but refurbished Omega movement from the 1960s. Effectively, these WatchCo Seamsters are modern creations of vintage watches and operate as such. This modern/vintage watch gives the wearer the unique feeling of what wearing a brand new Omega Seamaster 300 would have been like in the 1960s, with the ability to still swim and dive with their watches that feature working luminous on the dial and in the hands.

Now one of the most requested watches here at Craft Tailored, the WatchCo Seamaster 300 watches have amassed a cult-like following for their functionality, aesthetic, and value. We personally love them and buy them any chance we get, their whimsical nature and utility make them excellent daily drivers, fit for a vacation or boardroom.

CASE & BRACELET

The asymmetrical twisted lug case is in excellent unpolished condition, showing crisp finishing and edges throughout with light signs of honest use present. The original luminova bezel is in perfect condition, showing no cracks and only nominal wear. The case back remains unpolished like the case, retaining its factory engravings in deep and crisp condition. The Omega 1171 bracelet with 633 end pieces is in great condition and retains 20 links that show minimal stretch and will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist.

DIAL & HANDS

The matte black dial is in flawless condition, the luminova lume plots have a soft green coloration. The original sword hands are also in perfect condition and the luminova lume almost perfectly matches the soft green color of the dial. 

ACCESSORIES 

None. The watch is keeping time perfectly, backed by a 1-year warranty of accurate timekeeping.
