This is a very good looking vintage La Marque wristwatch that we estimate to be from the 1950s.
 
It features a Swiss caliber 1187 with 17 jewels, made by Chase Watch Corporation. It is water protected, antimagnetic, incabloc and is unadjusted. It is running great!

The dial is very cool looking! It is an off-white with gold-applied baton and square indices, Arabic numerals at 3, 6, and 9, and double daggers at 12 o'clock. The gold hour and minute hands are Dauphine-shaped, and the slender sweep second is gold, tipped with a red arrow. Along the gold indices, there is a raised outline pattern circling around the edges, giving the dial a very eye-catching look. The dial is signed La Marque, 17 Jewels, Waterprotected, Incabloc, and Antimagnetic. "Incabloc" is in red font, all other text is black. There is a black minute track around the edge. The 32 mm case made by French T.K. Company is gold and shows some wear.
 
It is coming on the original vintage stretch one-piece bracelet that is 1/20 12 karat yellow gold filled, made in the USA by Lenox. The back of the bracelet is stainless steel. Although it does show wear corresponding to its age, it is a very cool vintage design complementing the watch, and the stainless steel feels very smooth against the wrist.

This vintage La Marque watch runs great- keeping accurate time!

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
